Set up and operate the PLANLISH multi-tenant social publishing platform.
PLANLISH brings content planning, approvals, social publishing, private media, BYOK AI, analytics, and reports into Better Auth workspaces.
Start here
- Getting started: configure the local environment, database, and first workspace.
- Use the workspace sidebar to open Calendar, Create Post, Bulk Posting, Drafts, Media, Accounts, Brands, Analytics, Reports, Activity, Tasks, and Tools.
- Configure user-level AI and stock credentials under Account Settings.
- Configure workspace prompts, members, roles, and approval behavior under Workspace Settings.
Security model
Every product request is authenticated and scoped to an explicit Better Auth Organization used as the workspace. Membership alone does not grant access to every social account: an account must also be assigned to the workspace. Server procedures enforce role permissions, plan entitlements, and resource ownership.
Provider credentials, AI keys, stock keys, OAuth tokens, upload signatures, and report-share tokens are never intended for client payloads or logs.
Deployment readiness
Local builds and automated tests do not prove a provider is production-ready. Before launch, configure and validate real or sandbox provider applications, Cloudflare R2, Trigger.dev, Resend, Sentry, approved commercial prices, and operator-specific legal documents.
